Four agencies have combined to share resources to build the Village Main building. Construction documents have been completed and the group is currently raising funds for construction. The four agencies combined have almost 100 years of service to the community.

Community Action, Inc. (CAI)

Community Action, Inc. serving Hays County and the rural area surrounding Travis County provides a wide range of services including Adult Education/Workforce Development, Breast and Cervical Cancer Outreach, Early Childhood Education, HIV/AIDS Assistance, Primary Health Care, Prescription Assistance, Reproductive Health, Senior Citizens and Utility Assistance.  The administrative and training offices will relocate to the Village Main building.

Any Baby Can - Early Childhood Intervention - (ECI)

Early Childhood Intervention - Homespun serves Hays County families with children (birth to three years) who have developmental delays or related medical conditions including but not limited to Assistive Technology: Services & Devices, Audiology, Developmental Services, Early Identification Screening & Assessment, Family Counseling, Family Education Nutrition Services, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Psychological Services, Service Coordination, Social Work Services, Speech-Language Therapy and Vision Services. ECI programs and services hosted by Any Baby Can.

Family Justice Center (FJC)

Family Justice Center is a new organization serving San Marcos and Hays County to provide multiple community and government services at one location while reducing domestic and violent crimes in the community. Services to be provided: Counseling, Economic Development, Law Enforcement, Medical, Mentoring/Life Skills, Prosecution and Legal Assistance.

Women, Infants and Children (WIC)

Women, Infants and Children is a program delivered by the City of San Marcos to provide services for Breastfeeding Support and WIC Nutrition Education through one-on-one counseling as well as group classes. WIC issues an electronic Lonestar card that can be used at WIC approved grocery stores to purchase healthy and nutritious foods.
